# doctor

`inc` 和 `incodex` 在这个命令及全部参数中通用。

```bash
incodex doctor [--json]
```

只读检查 Runtime、备份、journal、隔离会话和应用身份。macOS 检查运行应用的辅助功能但不请求授权；Windows 默认命令提供本平台证据。诊断不会修复、删除会话或重置权限。

## 参数

| 参数 | 含义 |
| --- | --- |
| `--json` | 机器可读报告。 |
| `--deep` | 仅 macOS：nested 签名、entitlement、Gatekeeper。 |
| `--app <path>` | 仅 macOS：检查指定应用。 |

## 示例

```bash
incodex doctor
incodex doctor --json
incodex doctor --deep
```
