Changes
- Shared animated macOS Accessibility setup for install and uninstall, with a draggable application row. Added
incodex accessibilityto check access and resume setup. - Improved macOS private-window closing and abnormal-exit reporting; minimizing retains the window.
- The hat follows Search’s layout, colors, zoom, and tooltip behavior, with uniform opacity and support for the updated home layout.
- Windows private windows retain official zoom and sidebar width. Installed-hat launches inherit source-window bounds without copying chat or account state.
- macOS installation synchronizes embedded integrity and handles dependent framework signing while preserving official Computer Use components.
- Older loaders verify new permission assets. Setup follows supported Codex languages; permission errors offer a way to resume setup.
Known limitation at release
Optional macOS app integration still prevented official Appshot from working until integration was uninstalled. See v1.2.1 for later startup and close fixes.
