inc and incodex are interchangeable for this command and all its flags.
incodex doctor [--json]Read-only checks cover Runtime, backups, journals, isolated sessions, and app identity. macOS also checks running-app Accessibility without requesting it. Windows reports its platform evidence through the default command. Diagnosis does not repair, delete sessions, or reset permissions.
