Restore macOS launch after installation: Codex 26.1007.21159 includes a restricted communication-notification entitlement that cannot be retained by an ad-hoc signature. Incodex now removes that entitlement during installation, preventing the resulting Code 163 launch refusal while retaining the existing runtime permissions and vendor-sidecar signing boundaries.

Clean documentation dependency audit: Update the affected cache dependency to its official fixed release and retire the temporary security exception; all findings now block manual publication.
Upgrade: Run inc update. If an earlier installation already fails to launch, run incodex uninstall to restore the official app, then incodex install to apply the corrected signing policy. Updating the CLI and Runtime alone does not re-sign Codex.
Known limitations: The corrected installation and normal-window Local Work executor connection were verified on macOS. This is a launch fix, not a confirmed fix for dots HTTP 409. Official Appshot remains unavailable while macOS integration is installed. Windows behavior is unchanged; automatic Store recovery remains experimental and a real post-update first cold launch remains unverified.
