1. Restore Windows private-window controls after refresh: Default private windows now restore the hat-glasses control and privacy banner after a page reload, while retaining normal close and session cleanup.

Upgrade with inc update to install the fixed CLI and publish its Runtime; previously opened private windows need to be closed and opened again to use the fix.

Store update recovery for the first restarted window remains experimental. Already-running windows without integration cannot be repaired in place. An older, mismatched Windows update history may still require a normal App exit followed by incodex uninstall and incodex install; that migration is separate from an automatic update.
